Subscribers receive one new plant each month, shipped to their delivery address. To sign up, first choose your monthly subscription in the products category and then choose your preferences. Your subscription will cycle through an assortment of plants.
Note: our priority is ensuring plants arrive to you living their happiest, healthiest life. This means some plants ship fully potted in their earthenware planter.
Subscriptions are a 3 or 6 month commitment. After your subscription ends, you can easily return and choose the same or another type of subscription.
EASYPOT gift card, one time plant or a plant subscription will be the perfect choice for many different occasions: birthdays, baby showers, graduations, you name it. Of course, we'll make sure your gift card or the plant comes with a special message and in a nice packaging.

Every EASYPOT plant comes with a lifetime access to our closed plant community page on Facebook aka the Plant Parent Club. It will be your go-to place to receive plant care reminders, share your best plant pictures, capture the moments of a successful and safe plant delivery, and more. From newbies to experienced plant parents, everybody's welcome!
At this time, EASYPOT does not accept returns on plants, but we assure that every plant will arrive in great condition, and all plants come with a 14 days guaranty after purchase*.
If your plant or pot arrived damaged and your purchase was made less than 14 days ago, have your order number and photo of your damaged plant ready and fill in the form below so we can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible.
*Please note: Repotting your plant into a new container within the first 14 days will void the guarantee.
Easy pot items ship separately, directly from the maker or vendor. Standard processing and shipping time depends on the vendor, the product, and the day and time you placed your order. On the product page, you will see details as it relates to shipping for that particular vendor. Some items are made to order, please consider the product time prior to placing an order.

If you are interested in carrying EASY plants in your retail store, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line 'Potential Wholesaler'. Please include the name of your store and a link to your website. Not all requests for wholesale orders may be met. Commitment will be based on compatibility with prospective retailer and timeline.
