Evergreen Citrofortunella Microcarpa also known as Calamandin orange is a medium-sized dense bushy orange tree with small fruits, and it is native to China. It has dark-green aromatic leaves with pale, green undersides. In nature it can grow up to 3 - 4 m tall. Citrofortunella Microcarpa is fairly easy to grow.

PLANT CARE:

  • Prefers full sun but will also feel comfortable in partial shade.
  • Needs well draining soil that should be kept moist, but not soggy.
  • Water regularly, but moderately when top 3 cm of soil become dry. Keep a happy medium between overwatering and drying out. Using a Sustee Moisture Meter stick helps to figure out how much moisture is in the soil so you don’t under or overwater.
  • Feed with balanced, water-soluble fertiliser suitable for citruses every 5 weeks. Dilute the recommended dose by half in winter months. In early spring, at the start of active growing season, you can also use general slow-release fertiliser.
  • In spring plant will benefit from some pruning, allowing you to keep it's foliage in your preferred shape.
  • Toxic to pets.

Height of the plant - 85 cm. Diameter of the pot - 22 cm. Sustee size L.

The height of the plant is measured from the base of the pot to the top of the plant.
The diameter of the pot is measured at the top part of the pot.
