The Pachyveria plant is a hybrid cross between Pachyphytum and Echeveria. These tough plants just need full sun and well-drained soil that is allowed to dry out completely between watering. This plant has a short stem that is usually hidden by the succulent foliage.
PLANT CARE :
- Prefers full sun. Full to partial sun is the best for its growth.Place them in a sunny spot like a terrace, patio or window sill to ensure they get lots of natural sunlight.
- It should not sit on the water, and an excess amount of water should be avoided. The best way of watering is soak and dry method for this succulent. Yet, the succulent should be controlled to avoid overwatering. Using a Sustee Moisture Meter stick helps to figure out how much moisture is in the soil so you don’t under or overwater.
- As with its parent plants, Pachyveria is not a cold-tolerant succulent and will not survive temperatures below freezing. A light frost may be fine, but extended periods of freezing temperatures will spell trouble.
