Where do you ship?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the EU typically takes between 5-7 business days. However, please allow additional time during peak seasons or for international destinations. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date when your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your order’s progress right to your door.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear this! Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will help arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we offer only standard shipping within the EU. However, we are working to add express options. Please check back soon or contact us for updates!

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer installment payment options?

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our product categories, select the items you want, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We start processing orders as soon as they’re placed, so modifications or cancellations may not be possible. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us at [email protected] immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How do I initiate a return?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide you with instructions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items, such as plants that have been removed from their original packaging. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive the refund to the original payment method. If you haven’t received it after this period, please check with your bank or contact us.

Can I exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. For other cases, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

What if I received the wrong item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email [email protected] with a photo and description of the incorrect item, and we’ll arrange for a quick replacement.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost.
